Robert N. Benjamin is General Counsel for C3 Entertainment, Inc., and also serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Benjamin was an Executive Producer on The Three Stooges 75th Anniversary Television Special for NBC, an Executive Producer on the ABC television special, The Three Stooges Greatest Hits, an Executive Producer of the biographical television movie based upon the lives of The Three Stooges shown on ABC, and an Executive Producer on The Three Stooges syndicated television series. As general counsel for C3 Entertainment, Inc., Mr. Benjamin handles most of the corporate legal work including contract negotiations and intellectual property litigation including trademarks, copyrights, and the right of publicity. Mr. Benjamin is a recognized authority on the right of publicity for celebrities and heirs and represented C3 Entertainment in the landmark California Supreme Court case entitled Comedy III Productions, Inc., v. Saderup, which determined that the California right of publicity law was Constitutional. The case received national attention when the United States Supreme Court declined to review the decision of the California Supreme Court in favor of Comedy III Productions, Inc..
