Disorder in the Court

The Stooges are key witnesses in a murder trial, and create havoc in the courtroom. The plot involves a murder mystery with the question “Who killed Kirk Robbin?” Features the famous swearing in scene with Curly and the ‘Take off Your Hat’ routine. Besides the usual Stooges zany antics, The Boys play musical instruments to accompany one of the best dance scenes in any Three Stooges short, by the character Gail Tempest who is on trial for murder. The Boys uncover the real killer and solve the murder mystery. Sol Horowtiz, father of Moe, Curly and Shemp makes his lone Three Stooges film appearance as a member of the courtroom audience.
